Quick steps (any brand)
1) Find your order number and purchase date.
2) Note the model/serial (on the label or app).
3) Take a short video/photos of the issue.
4) Contact the brand’s support with your proof of purchase.
What’s usually covered
- Manufacturer defects (motors, pumps, electronics) within the stated term
- Early failures of parts under normal use
What’s not covered: misuse, unapproved modifications, water damage to non-waterproof parts, consumables (filters/liners) unless DOA.
