We’re a review site. Warranty coverage comes from the brand, not us. Use the steps below to start a claim.

Quick steps (any brand)

1) Find your order number and purchase date.
2) Note the model/serial (on the label or app).
3) Take a short video/photos of the issue.
4) Contact the brand’s support with your proof of purchase.

What’s usually covered

  • Manufacturer defects (motors, pumps, electronics) within the stated term
  • Early failures of parts under normal use

What’s not covered: misuse, unapproved modifications, water damage to non-waterproof parts, consumables (filters/liners) unless DOA.

Documents to attach

  • Receipt/invoice (PDF or screenshot)
  • Serial/model photo
  • Short clip showing the fault (noise, leak, error code)

Not sure if it’s warranty or return?

  • Within retailer window? Start a return—it’s usually faster.
  • Outside retailer window? Start a warranty with the brand.
