We don’t sell products directly. Returns are handled by the retailer or brand you purchased from (Amazon, Chewy, manufacturer store, etc.).

If your item arrived damaged/defective

1) Go to your order page at the retailer.
2) Choose Return/Replace → select the issue.
3) Upload photos/video (box, label, damage).
4) Pick refund or replacement.

Typical windows (for reference only)

  • Amazon: usually 30 days from delivery
  • Chewy: case-by-case; very customer-friendly
  • Brand sites: varies (often 14–45 days)

Always check the return policy on your receipt/order page—that’s the source of truth.

Tips for a smooth return

  • Keep the original packaging until you’ve tested the product.
  • For electrics (fountains/robots), note the serial number and setup date.
  • If a return label isn’t provided, ask the retailer’s chat for one.
